Erholung pur

Es war der zweite Aufenthalt und wir waren wieder vollends zufrieden. Der Pool befindet sich noch in Aufbau. Die Grünanlagen rund um den Pool sind in der nächsten Saison bestimmt alle gute entwickelt - bei ausreichender Pflege. Sonnenschirm und Liegen würden das Angebot komplettieren. Die Wohnung war immer noch gut gepflegt, so dass uns das Wohlfühlen einfach gemacht wurde.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet, alles vorhanden bis auf einen Korkenzieher. Leider war das Objekt nicht sauber und der Außenbereich und Garten ungepflegt. Haare im Bad, Bett und Schränken. Essensreste im Kühlschrank, Backofen und Toaster, Spinnweben an Decken und verschmutzter Boden sowie Dreckflecken an Möbeln. Die Terrasse inkl. Sitzgelegenheit war auch sehr verschmutzt. Der Grill war nicht nutzbar (Sammelplatz für Unrat).

Ferienwohnung in schöner Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich ebenerdig in einem Haus mit zwei Wohnungen und einem grossen Garten. Die grosse Terrasse auf der Gartenseite hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt an einer schönen Strasse etwa 300 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben die Wohnung als ruhig empfunden (obwohl auf dem Nachbargrundstück zur Zeit gerade Bauarbeiten durchgeführt wurden). Die Wohnung ist modern und hochwertig ausgestattet (Bad, Küche). Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Renoviertes Traumhaus

Wir haben 10Tage im „Jasmin“ gewohnt und waren begeistert. Das Appartment ist neu renoviert, es war sehr ordentlich geputzt und alle wichtigen Geräte waren in Funktion. Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas detailreicher sein. Es existiert eine Küchenmaschine, die man aber nicht unbedingt zum Parmesanreiben anwerfen möchte. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind alle neu, das Bad neu gefliest , das Bett und die Ausziehcouch sehr gemütlich. Ich würde das Appartment noch mal buchen.

Erholsame Ferientage nahe am Meer

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier 400 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Neu revoniert, geräumig mit Klimaanlage, konfortabel eingerichtet. Grosser Garten mit Bäumen die Schatten spenden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
