"The place was pretty nice but the 2nd night we had literally no hot water for a shower and then the bathroom sink had no cold water so we had to brush our teeth with hot water! We called to find out about vending machine and were told the 3 floors that them and literally all 3 were out of order with signs on them and the from desk seemed oblivious to this. "

"The room was average at best. But worst was a waterfall leak coming out of the bathroom fan at 1am, when my wife and I had to be up early the next day. I was the level headed one, because my wife was pi$$ed. The hotel moved me to another room, but I had to move all of my things myself. The valet simply dropped off a new room key without saying a word. I was given my parking free and a $20 coupon for the food market to buy some chips and candy🙄. Oh, and the night I checked in after traveling 8 hours, I was told the bar and restaurant closed at 9. Nine. Really?Needless to say, I checked out a day early and just went home. "
