"Pools were merky and not so clean. We stayed on the “renovated” side and was woken up to work being done so there was loud banging and drill noises. Not to mention I stayed there last year and the suite on the not renovated side was a lot larger for my family of 5. The first night we arrived the person who checked us in gave us the key to another room so we walked into someone else’s room had to go back down with our kids and cart full of bags and luggage’s. The sheets and blankets werent clean so we had to ask for 2 new blankets to be sent up. Also, a drunk man was roaming the hallways and had to be escorted out by staff. He was not even staying on the property which made us feel unsafe as it seems anyone can just walk in and walk up to an elevator with no regard. We came back to this hotel because we had such a pleasant experience last year when we came down for cheer competition. This year was not a great experience. "

"There are 3 pools total at this haven. 2 inside 1 heated outside. My family and I love this place. Cant wait to go back. "

"The rooms were clean and spacious, with a view of the beach. The breakfast was fresh and included in the price. The receptionist who welcomed us was excellent!"

"Rooms were clean, great location. Parking is in parking garage close by and included in the cost. The most frustrating thing was they don't make people promptly return their luggage carts. The system is that you check in, unload vehicle at the entry, put it onto a cart, take things to your room, then return your cart, move your vehicle and finally go park in the garage. So frustrating to wait and wait while they look for carts and text guests. There's got to be a more efficient way. Have people sign them out, fine them if the cart is not returned promptly etc. Hilton has figured out how to make millions and millions of dollars her can't figure out how to keep track of their carts??? "

"Perfect location"

"We've stayed here a bunch with our dogs, and we totally love it – the staff is awesome. This time, our room was the best we've had there. It had a wrap-around patio with amazing views, comfy beds, and super quiet rooms; I've never heard another guest from inside my room."

"Didn’t go to the bar, but I seen it. It was nice selections. Food was great."
