"Upon entering the room I found stuff from previous stays in the chest of drawers. There was no toilet paper nor was there a place for toilet paper. I asked the young boy standing outside of the utility room if they had toilet paper and he said no. He then handed me a box of tissues. The cable didn't work and when i mentioned it to the man at the desk he seemed like he couldn't be bothered and told me thw cable box probably isn't plugged into the tv. I had already checked that before saying anything. The property and parking lot is full of trash. The room on the second floor that has the ice machine was full of trash and half eaten food like mozzarella sticks. Its a shame because the location is pretty convenient."

"We arrived but our room wasn't ready. We went to the outdoor pool for a while, but it got too cold. We checked on the status of our room about every 45 minutes. It still wasn't ready at 8:00 pm. We were cold, hungry, exhausted, and miserable, so we left and went to another hotel."

"My original room was super hot! The elevator kept breaking down. At one point we entered a broken elevator without a sign informing us it was broken. After my room was traded I did have a better view and the air worked but it was hard to maneuver around with only one working elevator causing it to be crowded and congested and extending the wait time."
