Room was clean and spacious with a great view! Staff was wonderful and helped with any questions / extra requests. Breakfast was good but nothing fancy. Cinnamon rolls 10/10. Don’t try to gym, but looked very clean. The pool was nice but felt like it needed to be cleaned better.

I booked a king suite room and ended up in room 301. This room was in terrible condition- it was extremely outdated, nasty carpet, no lighting whatsoever in the front room, and the king sized bed in the back bedroom appeared to be a Murphy bed that was not a king sized bed. I called the front desk to switch rooms and was told they were booked for the weekend and there were no other rooms to move to. The Manager, Emily did provide additional layers of bedding on the mattress of our bed because we could literally feel the springs and it was uncomfortable. While that helped, it was certainly not what I paid for or expected. We also had issues with the airflow and the heat, it wouldn’t warm up until someone from maintenance came up to fix it. We also had to call several times because there were literally no lights in the front room, they brought up two lamps which helped, but certainly was not ideal or what I paid for. The doors and walls were very thin and you could hear all the noise outside the hall and in the room next to us. They also had a flooding issues in rooms on the second floor while we were there, so they had fans out in the lobby to dry it out. The room had a small fridge/microwave. The overall location was nice- right on the boardwalk and ocean view. While I appreciated the Manager, Emily for trying to provide some support and assistance I think I still paid way too much for the extremely poor condition of the room and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The lights that were brought in since there were no other lights in the front room. It was dark and creepy.
The bed with bars for a frame and no headboard. It was like sleeping on a pullout couch. Not comfortable at all.
The gap between the mattress and the wall since there was no headboard. The pillows would literally keep falling into the gap all night
The light switch at the entry only lit the hallways. No other lighting in the front area. Very dark.

The room was found to be very clean with plenty of room in the standard double queen bed room. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The buffet breakfast was surprisingly pretty good. I had the egg and cheese omelette and it was not bad! The staff were very friendly.

Bed was comfortable. Mold in hard to get to places of bathroom. I had to manually stop the toilet from continuing to fill. Hot water seems to be an issue. Staff did not seem to care much when I spoke to them about it. I asked for a late checkout and was denied.Breakfast was ok. No individual packages of milk or syrup. You use a common container that everyone else has to use. Juices were all watered down flavorings of the said juice. Paid no where near peak pricing however this is a decent hotel at best. Not a 3.5 star hotel.

Stayed there with my 2 boys for a soccer tournament and I'm glad I choose this hotel. The first impression at the reception was great as the guest service rep consistently gave excellent customer service. The room was clean and well stocked. The view was excellent. It was my kids first time at a beach so they were excited. We actually went for a walk after their games and created memories there. I usually like to leave my room as clean as possible but due to time constraints and game time, I couldn't do what I usually do but when we came back, the room was back to the excellent state it was when we first checked in! As embarrassed as I was, I was very impressed. Breakfast choices were also great, we enjoyed it. The staff was consistently checking and refilling any empty food.
