"We were on the 3rd floor woke up in the morning to find the elevator was not working, had to walk down 3 flight of stairs to go the front desk, and asked if she knew the elevator was not working, and she said oh yeah they said it was, I said why are there no signs, and she looked at me like I was talking a different language, and then I said that so that means I have to walk down all the stairs with my luggage, she did not apologize, or say she was sorry for the inconvenience, nothing !!! rude rude rude, the food was even worst !! DO NOT STAY HERE "

"Parking was easy, the phone in the room didn’t work at all and they didn’t have the extra towels in the room that I requested. I went up and asked for extra towels and a few extra pillows and he said “we will see, you already have 6 in the room”. The pillows were small and we have two toddlers so I thought that was an odd response. Over all a decent stay and easy access to everything around the area. Air conditioning was loud but worked really well. Probably would pick somewhere else next trip though. "

"Stayed on first floor and facility/maintenance staff was very loud at times outside of what would be expected times for guests to be resting. This was disruptive to getting a good nights sleep and disappointing. Facilities overall were average "

"Room needs a lot of updates. Room was large. The AC had mildew on the vents which was kind of gross. Mattress was older and had an indent where people had slept wish it had been more comfortable. Price was excellent for a one night stay."
