"The was very friendly and efficient. They offered a limited happy hour which was quite welcome. Due to a good portion of the town decimated by a tornado, there were many out of town workers at the hotel and the kitchen personnel rose to the occasion keeping all of the guests fed at breakfast. One of the best La Quintas that I have ever seen. "

"We were originally staying at a hotel in Bentonville, but the first night there, there was a tornado and power was lost, so we had to move to another town with power and found Hyatt Place with a vacancy. The front desk staff was superb! They let us check in earlier than the 3:00 check-in time and that helped us so much. After a night without sleep in the hotel that had a tornado and power, it was nice to be able to get into the room early to clean up and change clothes. The breakfast was the best free breakfast I have ever had in a hotel, and there were so many options! The room was beautiful and clean and the bed was comfortable. I usually get skeeved out in hotels, but I didn't here. The breakfast and bar area were very inviting as well."
