"We stayed in one of the Vintage King rooms and loved the fireplace, the ocean view, the balcony, the comfortable bed and huge tv. Had a great swim in the pool and lovely walk on the beach five minutes walk away. The Pierpont is a bit faded in its glory, a tiny bit down at heel, but a great price for all the charming amenities. Place looks like it has been "under construction" for quite a long time without making progress as yet. We definitely hope when renovations are done they will have retained the vintage charm and amenities (fireplace!!! vintage tile and brick, etc) of the rooms. Staff was awesome, very helpful. Could have been a bit cleaner. Husband enjoyed the buffet breakfast."
