"This small cottage is so comfortable and well appointed. Directly across from the C&O Canal Towpath; it only takes a few minutes to get on the path. Although there is a lot that you can do in the area, we were in need of respite, so other than taking multiple walks a day, we enjoyed time on the expansive screened-in porch, looking out at the beautiful scenery and listening and watching the birds.We also enjoyed making meals in the kitchen and using the outside grill for bacon to burgers.
