A notre arrivée ce n’est pas la suite qui nous a été attribuée car ne l’av Pas autorisé à vendre cette chambre au prix où nous l’avons réservé. Après 3h30 d’échanges entre hôtel.com, l’hotel et moi, nous avons fini par intégrer la chambre ( supplément de la chambre prise en charge par Hôtel.com qui était en tord). Le séjour était magnifique. "

"Le personnel a été au top (je parle tres mal l'anglais 😬) mais il a quand même pris le temps et il m'a trouvé une solution (alors que je suis arrivée a 23h30), la chambre etait super niveau agencement et confort mais niveau nettoyage peut vraiment mieux faire, ok nous n'avions pas prévu de nous rouler par terre, mais j'ai fait tomber de l'eau et essayé avec un sopalin, le papier est ressorti noir (le carrelage gris anthracite camoufle hyper bien la saleté) donc ca c'est pas terrible et dans la...
