Staff is rude and not helpful. No options if you get there before their 2:00 checkin time: no secure luggage storage, little seating, no attention in the restaurant, near-empty vending machines. It's in a terrible neighborhood and the walk to the Metra and the airport is dark, dangerous and frightening. The shuttle to the airport does NOT run 24/7. We prepaid for a room with two beds. We did not get one, so we took apart their beds pushed together into one and asked for sheets to make it two. They brought up towels. We asked again for sheets. After an hour, they were delivered to us but WE had to make the beds that we had paid for! STAY ELSEWHERE!

Nach einem langen Tag und vor einem sehr frühen Abflug hab ich mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bett ein Traum. Besonders beeindruckt war ich von der Hilfe, mit der man mir an der Rezeption bei einem Problem sehr behilflich war. Dass es im Haus ein angeschlossenes Restaurant gibt, dass abends leckere Kleinigkeiten serviert, war für mich ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Für den Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen gibt es keine starren Fahrpläne, der kommt auf Anforderung.

The room is very basic but clean and functional. It's very convenient for a one night stay before flying out from Linate airport. There is a pizzeria also available in the same building of the hotel and the check in was fast and efficient. The airport is within walking distance or you can get the hotel shuttle for a fiver.
