"This is a palace suited for a prince/princess. Has olden style victorian decor and furnishings. Great staff. They constantly spray scents around the propety so it will smell exquisite. Everything is great except the rooms have no sound isolation so you will hear what other people are doing next door especiallh when they do xxx but thats ok as long as they are not noisy all the time."

"Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the marina. You're looking through the castle's crenelations, because you are in an old fort. Bathroom lighting is a bit much, but it's clean. The location could not be better. The staff were universally competent and friendly, eager to please. There is quite a large lobby with easy chairs, chess tables, books, and a bar that also serves food. Again, staff were excellent. Breakfast was first class.
