"We made a booking for this hotel more than a month ago. Came here and found out that the hotel is closed, and operations are suspended. No prior information or warning. When we called the hotel number, the person at the other side gave a meagre apology and offered no explanation or help. The hotel is located in a place where there is no taxi or public transport nearby, so we had to drag out luggage more than a kilometre to get to another hotel.
