Amazing stay - we will definitely be back at The Bohemian Caye Caulker! Our trip started off great when we were picked up from the boat by the host - such a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcome right away. The property was exceptionally clean and well kept. The staff was amazing and very helpful with everything we needed. The pool area was my favorite - perfect place to relax! It was a short visit this time, but we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

My family of 11 stayed at El Ben Cabanas from 2/18-2/25 and we had the most amazing stay and experience. The property is immaculate, the staff is incredible and accommodating (Harold and Merli were so wonderful), and the restaurant on-site served delicious food, consistently. While the property is on the north part of Caye Caulker, it was easy to walk south of the property to the split to take the ferry to the south. Everything was perfect. The location was ideal for us — only a 5-10 minute walk to the center of town, it’s close to all the action but far away enough to give you some peace and quiet. The staff was lovely, the room was huge, and all was very clean. Highly recommend staying here!

We really liked this hotel. The location was great. It was a short walk to many restaurants and bars. The service was excellent. The views from the pool deck on the roof were amazing with great ocean breezes. The bartender up there was very attentive and the drinks were inexpensive (vodka cranberry and rum and coke). They also had a cooler of beverages in the lobby, a casino and a convenience store on the first floor. Very helpful front desk staff. We would totally stay here again.

I was really impressed by how clean and well stocked this hotel was. It looks better in person that in the photographs! My room had everything I needed, it was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and I appreciated the location. It was close to everything , including dining options, but was on the towards the end so it was quite and I was able to sleep. I’ve stayed at Barefoot a few times now and every time I know I can count on extraordinary cleanliness of the rooms and hotel. The staff is friendly. The bar in the main floor that operates at night is great and I would stay here again. 10/10.

I loved staying here! It was a great location on Caye Caulker, right in the heart of where you want to be as a tourist. It was also directly across from Ice & Beans which quickly became my favorite spot for a smoothie and coffee with breakfast. The room was very clean and the AC was so nice to have in the July heat. The resort is located a 5-min boat ride away from San Pedro and the resort provided a boat service that was always available at 15-20 mins notice, and the boat captain was highly responsive and helpful, even showing us specific shops in San Pedro that we needed, so we didn't get lost. While San Pedro is not for beach lovers since the beach is not usable near this property, there are area attractions to take advantage of such as snorkeling, diving, and fishing. Spend an hour and you'll get to a beautiful beach either in Key Caulker or at the Secret Beach. Renting a golf cart is highly recommendable. Great small location north of the bridge if you want to stay away from the congestion of San Pedro town, but still be a close golf cart ride away. Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, great breakfast, and amazing morning sunrises.

We stayed at the Palms for a night as Hurricane Beryl approached Belize. The property was lovely, but the best part was the wonderful staff- Angelee and Selvin were absolutely amazing! They helped us in a million ways, and always with great friendliness, even in the anxious hours before the storm arrived. Next time we go to Belize City, we'll definitely stay at the Palms!
