Clean hotel with friendly staff in Cayenne

Central location, great breakfast, clean & safe with secured parking (although limited) right in the centre of cayenne. It has a pool too. Highly recommending!

vu le prix, je m’attendais à mieux

Les +: petite piscine, petit déjeuner au top Les -: salle de bain vétuste, porte vitrée qui ferme mal, oreillers de 25cm d’épaisseur et durs. impossible de dormir la dessus. Et enfin parking très petit, je n’ai jamais pu me garer à l’intérieur le soir

Ibis Style

Alors, on nous a proposé une chambre. En ouvrant la porte, je me suis rendu compte que la chambre etait occupée. Claquettes au sol, trousse de toilettes dans la salle de bain, valise ouverte... pas de doute, cette belle chambre n'était pas pour nous. Apres avoir informé la receptionniste, nous voici dans une nouvelle chambre ressemblant... à une chambre de passage. Porte d'entrée de coloris différente, moisissures dans la chambre et la salle de bain, liquide blanchatre sur le carénage (j'espère que ce n'est pas ce à quoi je pense...), porte endommagée, lumière hs, lavabo bouché... bon, chambre pas terrible. En plus, la standardiste nous a informé que la piscine est hs depuis une semaine suite à une fuite d'eau. Si j'avais su, je serais aller dans un autre hôtel. Lors du checkout, nous en avons parlé avec le standardiste. Il a su faire preuve d'empathie et nous a offert 2 tickets pour une consommation chez eux. Je ne pense pas revenir d'autant plus, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, la rue fut tres bruyante jusqu'à 05h30. Pourtant l'hôtel est situé juste à côté du commissariat. Donc, je deconseille l'hôtel même si 15 jours auparavant j'avais passé une nuit et tout c'était relativement bien passé. Donc pour l'instant, je déconseille cet hôtel. Je vous invite à passer votre route. Quand je pense que l'hôtel a été inauguré en juin 2024...
