"We enjoyed our stay here! Property was as described! The only exception being the cafe hours listed were not as we experienced. It lists that they offer dinner, however, the kitchen closed everyday at 2:00. This was disappointing. It was in a great location! Beach is across the street and just a 3 minute walk! Over all, if you are looking for a simple, no frills, reasonably priced place to stay with a full kitchen in a great location, Governor’s Village is a good choice!"

"Decent hotel - needs serious updating, painting, flooring, furniture, etc. Ocean view not exactly a beach, more like a rock quarry. My favorite thing was the dock that I sat on every morning to watch the sunrise - the most beautiful ones I've EVER seen Exceptionally clean & the shuttle driver & concierges at the desk were awesome."

The view from my room is absolutely beautiful 😍room 2226 is everything only need to know thing is it’s located on the beach, but you’re not able to swim in the beach because it is rocky but other than that absolutely beautiful definitely will be returning .💗"

"The beach access is small and extremely rocky since the next door hotel’s beach is currently under construction. The engineers told us that they are expanding their beach. The hotel shuttle took us to other beaches which was a great solution. The property, staff, and restaurant were absolutely fantastic."
