Small studio for 2, simple, fresh and welcoming, located on the ground floor of a house in a quiet village Cazals.
(9km from St Antonin Noble Val, Tarn 9km from Penne)
Bathroom with shower, kitchenette, fridge.
Enjoy 2 terraces: One of the rising sun, in front of the house, the other facing south west, overlooking the garden.

Your bed will be prepared, towels and kitchen towels are provided.

You can bring your pet, if you make sure it is clean.

You can visit the many medieval villages in the area, swim, canoe down the river, visiting beautiful cities full of history, like Albi, Cordes, Montauban, Villefranche de Rouergue, Cahors ...
Unless you prefer to enjoy the surrounding nature, make short or long walks on marked trails in the area ... and come to rest in the garden ...

For your evenings, the region offers many shows and entertainment, concerts, open-air cinema, Offenbach festival in Bruniquel,
crazy evenings for the Festival of Laughter of Vaour,
and many night markets ...

Unusual: If you like to meditate, a small house of silence welcomes you to the bottom of the garden.

What a delight

The studio in this delightful historic property came well beyond expectations. If you are looking for rural tranquility, this is the accommodation for you. Denise could have not been more helpful and welcoming. The whole experience went without a hitch.

Très agréable séjour

Le logement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Denise était très avenante et de bons conseils. C'est situé assez proche de la rivière, ce qui vraiment bien pour se rafraichir. De très jolis villages sont à proximité pour les visites. Merci pour votre bon accueil

Je recommande la maison de Denise

Bonjour Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Denise Je recommande , j’ai beaucoup apprécié le petit cahier rose ( infos pour touristes) je pense que je l’ai ouvert tous les jours La rivière est juste en bas le village et ses habitants sont supers Merci Denise

È stato come ritornare a casa

Dopo tre anni abbiamo deciso di tornare in questi luoghi che avevamo visitato solo in parte. Abbiamo ritrovato uno studio più comodo (ottimo il materasso nuovo) ma sempre affascinante. Quello che abbiamo trovato in più, e che non ci aspettavamo, è stato di entrare nella comunità culturale e umana di questo dolcissimo villaggio. Con la guida di Denise abbiamo vissuto i due giorni dell'arte nei giardini, abbiamo visitato chateau e bastide diverse, ma soprattutto ci siamo sentiti parte di una comunità attiva e solidale, nonostante le nostre difficoltà linguistiche. E di questi tempi non è poco ... venite qui con l'animo aperto e disponibile all'ascolto e alla condivisione, non solo perché è un posto per fare turismo, e troverete la dimensione giusta e la serenità tranquilla.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach-rustikal, alle Wesentliche aber vorhanden und mit einem guten Blick für die Details liebevoll ausgestattet; Denise Mercy eine charmante, dezente, hilfsbereite und inspirierende Gastgeberin! Calme et sérénité !

Très joli gîte, à proximité de l'Aveyron et d'une guinguette sympathique (on ne l'entend pas de la location) dans un petit village calme à proximité des grands centres d'intérêts d'une magnifique région : nature, montagne, balades, histoire, villages médiévaux certains labellisés "plus beaux villages de France". Proximité de Toulouse, Albi, Gaillac et autres. Marché du dimanche à Saint Antonin Noble Val... En un mot : âne manquer à aucun titre !

A pleasure to stay

This small space has been beautifully designed, finished and remarkably well equipped with everything required to have a really enjoyable week. Cazals is a modest village by the Aveyron, perfectly sited to explore the surrounding area on foot and by bike, visiting splendid small towns and villages with wonderful old buildings. At the end of a long, satisfying day walking or cycling, it was always a pleasure to return to the studio, which has a very relaxing atmosphere. Thank you Denise for making us so welcome.

The studio was delightful and our host was a lovely lady. Beautiful walks, scenery and towns to see

The studio was well equipped and clean. Madame Denise was very helpful and there was lots of information on places to visit and walks to do from the village. The scenery around the river and gorges was breathtaking and we visited so many beautiful medieval towns and villages. Cazals was a quiet village and the riverside restaurant, La Guingette, was fabulous In the garden the retreat/ meditation hut was a lovely space to sit quietly. A fabulous place to stay.

Superbes vacances à Cazals

Nous rentrons de 15 jours passés à Cazals chez Denise Mercy où nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Le studio est conforme aux photos et convient très bien pour 2 personnes. Il est très bien équipé et par fortes chaleur garde sa fraicheur ce qui était très agréable. Cazals est un petit village calme et agréable très bien situé par rapport aux zones touristiques de la région sans faire trop de kilomètres. Tout au tour, il y a de superbes randonnées à faire. Nous remercions Denise pour sa gentillesse et les informations et documentations données sur sa région.

A very peaceful timewarp!

Lovely studio in an attractive village in the fabulously scenic Aveyron Gorge. The village is ridiculously peaceful with a car passing by a rare event. Most of the houses are largely original C18th with varying degrees of renovation, so fairly atmospheric. The studio is delightful, stone walls, tiles and flagstones. Very clean and well equipped with all that's needed. You can sit outside at the front and watch what little of the world passes by or at the back in a secluded garden with shade tree. Denise was a charming host and immensely helpful with local information. A very relaxing stay.

Une semaine où il a fait bon poser ses valises à Cazals chez Denise , le studio est tel qu'il est décrit dans l'annonce dans un village où il règne la tranquilité et la.convivialité pour un séjour ressourçant...on se sent très vite intégré par les habitants qui n'hésitent pas à papoter quelques minutes avec nous ... L'accueil et la gentillesse de Denise et ses proches vous rendent le séjour très agréable et riche en conseils ..Une région riches en cités médiévales magnifiques à visiter ..je recommande vivement ce petit coin de paix , frais et reposant .. Q

Denise was very helpful lovely host will return Perfect place for a peaceful relaxing holiday

If you want peace and quite in the heart of the French countryside then this is the place Very clean tidy Owner lives above and speaks very good English and was always very helpful and informative Only down side was comfort we found the bed a bit hard but Denise was more than happy to give us an extra mattress bliss and no comfortable chairs to relax on after but I am sure this can be sorted We would be more than happy to return
