I would like to hand this hotel an 'S' grade on my GPA scale. Since it was my first time in Cebu, I was unfamiliar with the local customs, but the hospitality of the staff made me feel very welcome. I truly appreciated the kind support from the front desk, the security guard, the MesoCafe staff, and the laundry staff. Their professional and friendly service made my stay wonderful.

If you need a clean room, comfortable bed and cold a/c after a long flight, the ABC will be the best value in Cebu City. I stay here every time I'm passing thru. It is just what I need before taking off the next day to my final destination. The surrounding area isn't great, but I'm not here to sitesee. I am always in transit after a late arrival.
