Great value for the price. Great location since it is walking distance to Ayala area. The rooms that we stayed looks older and smelled a bit musty, but it was clean, bed and sheets were comfy. The plastic drinking glasses they had in their bathroom looks old and well worn, and needs to be replaced by glass, since it was dirty to look at. But overall, very good hotel.
Staff was very polite and attentive. Room was large and had a bath tub which is rare to find here. At the bar, Miguel, was a really professional and awesone at his job. Live music every night was an added bonus. Great location, too.
We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, able to accommodate three of us and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to help with a smile. The location was convenient when you have an early trip to ferry terminals. Overall, this hotel offers great value, comfort, and excellent service.
What they loved about this place is the staff are super friendly and helpful. A breakfast buffet has a great variety of food. They also offer awesome night time music and entertainment.
Within walking distance from the hotel is a shopping center with whatever you want, with many shops and restaurants. Although a busy area, the walking around the neighborhood is reasonably safe. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and with good service and a nice breakfast buffet. Plus very friendly people and service staff.

The check in went well. The room was clean but old. The bed is comfy, I love the pillows and the sheets and the comforter. The room was cold. There was water making noise somewhere over the ceiling. There was musty smell, in the room. in the hallways it looks clean ( 7th floor), but in my stay the hallway smells like urine like somebody peed in it. Breakfast: it was ok for 446.00 pesos per person. Lots of basic breakfast food. I love the deep fried danggit. I love the native Filipino foods like adobos and pancit. The only thing that ruins it for me was the staff policing people wearing slippers. I felt that one staff singled me out for using slippers. But there are many people already had slippers on and more people are coming in with slippers on. And some even still in their pajamas. Felt like I was singled out because I was brown? That guy really ruined my breakfast. Anyway, I don’t mind staying there again because it was cheap and i guess my isolated issue is not gonna happen again?
Hotel Elizabeth was very nice, particularly the lobby set up.with a nice restaurant, bar, and outstanding service. Also the live acoustic music is wonderful and happens 6 nights a week.
