Wonderful and helpful manager of the hotel, told exactly where we needed to go to find the fresh king crab feast we were looking for. Even warned us that it would be expensive, but we were prepared for that. Would certainly stay here again."

"The staff at Fraser Place were the kindest and most helpful, they all smiled and if you asked them a question they’d answer quickly and efficiently, if they didn’t know the answer they would find one. "Shilla Hotel was a really great stay. The rooms were clean, and the room service cleaned up at a timely manner. The staff service was exceptional helping me with anyquestions and concerns I had . The amenities were lack luster besides the breakfast. The rooms needed a microwave and the Air conditioning work but when you needed to lower to the temperature to cool of the room it wouldn’t. The breakfast on the under hand was ten out of ten for sure. The diversity in food in the morning was a delight . If I was to rate my stay it would be 3.5 out of 5 stars ."
