"The staff here are amazing. Very professional and the staff at the 24hr reception desk spoke great English. Our only problem with our room was that the bathroom sink was leaking and they could not fix it and were too booked to change us to another room. Otherwise everything was great!"

"Convenient and close to all the street markets - night street market as well as underground street market! Close to subway station. We traveled to all the different neighborhood using subway. Uber and taxi also available right outside. Staff was super helpful. Everyone spoke English. Free luggage storage.. we had stayed initial 3 days then traveled to Busan and came back for another 2 days. Our luggage was safely handled and stored in our absence. Enough food places nearby. Shopping nearby. We didn’t try the restaurant on property but there was a bar. Room service was great - good selection of food - great option when we came back tired after touring! Cafe on 22nd floor had yummy desserts and great view of city! Luggage weigh machine at concierge helped us repack before heading to airport for home! Connecting room add helpful for our family of 4! Little on the more pricey side but an overall great stay. Away from the loud markets and streets yet close enough!"

"I liked everything about the Westin Josun, the quality of Service, the amenities at the hotel, and the fantastic swimming pool and a great location. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The only real drawback was no options for breakfast other than the full buffet, which was almost $50. I didn’t see the value, especially when we had to get out early for guided tours. There is a Starbucks located right in front of the hotel and a few local restaurants nearby."

"It’s an amazing hotel and we are returning guests for the umpteenth time ! To me , stepping into the hotel makes me feel like I’m home as the staff are so welcoming and helpful always! The rooms are always spick and span too! The only downside is the non-availability of the airport limousine on Saturdays due to the protests and resulting road closure. I wish the hotel may consider providing scheduled shuttle to the nearest airport limousine station which is usually Chosun or The Plaza on such occasions as taxis do not want to ply the short distance from ENA to these hotels. Would be good that the recept stays abreast of updated information on the road closures too so that guests can be kept informed . Otherwise , this hotel is really the best place to stay !"

"The staff is overall very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient especially if you are planning to shop for kids clothes in Dondaemun area. I requested crib beforehand but only found out that the crib was not set up in the room. Requested again with staff at front office and it was set up efficiently after we came back room from lunch. Recommended!"
