"Wunderschönes Hotel im alten Kohlebergwerk. Etwas abgeschieden, dafür aber die totale Ruhe. Wir haben super geschlafen! Das Abendessen kann man im Freien geniessen, gute Auswahl und lecker gekocht. Unbedingt jeweils am Morgen reservieren! Einziger Negativpunkt: Das Personal ist beim Frühstück überfordert, da man als Gast nichts selber schöpfen darf. So entstehen Wartezeiten. "

"Nice place, good to have separate rooms for us and the kids but the sacrifice was no lounge / area to sit other than the dining table. Good service during the stay and the free to use bikes was a great way to get around the town. "

"Our villa was very clean, equipped with important necessities; we were in the ground level villa so we were able to have a car park outside our villa. We were not able to get breakfast but they amazing offers for breakfast and can deliver to your villa. The reception is different property which is about 8-10 min drive not so convenient but the staff are very helpful and very accommodating. "I made a horrible mistake and booked thr wrong dates because i had a hole in my macular and could not see well. After my surgery and recovery which was around 1 month I realized the horrible mistake. They refused to give credit and charged room fees as well as over $600 in taxes for a room that was not occupied by me."
