"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and peaceful, which was perfect for us traveling with a small child. The pool and hot tub were also a great bonus. We came to celebrate both my husband’s and our daughter’s birthdays. The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of any birthday acknowledgment. We mentioned the birthdays at the restaurant, but were told that a cake had to be ordered in advance. At hotels and restaurants of this level, I’m used to a small complimentary dessert or simple birthday gesture from the staff, so I was surprised that neither birthday was acknowledged. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience."

"Unbeatable location in an iconic hotel. The hotel is starting to feel dated, no smart tv’s, shampoo and conditioner were empty upon checking and took 2 days for the housekeeping staff to refill after our initial call. Pool and gym areas are wonderful!"

"This is a very conveniently located hotel within easy walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf and the harbour. There is ample parking which is easy to access and reasonably priced. The hotel is well kept and staff are helpful and pleasant. Our room was clean, spacious and well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The room was dark and quiet at night making it easy to sleep. However, breakfast was disappointing which is why I have only given the hotel 4 stars; the tea was already made and so was very stewed, the pastries were cold and chewy, the scrambled egg was cold. Despite that, this is a good hotel overall and I would recommend it for a stay in Victoria."

"Our apartment was in a small complex with plenty of parking, good lighting and very well organized. The unit was very clean. We enjoyed our location as we could easily walk to get our groceries etc....All windows have blinds that block out light as required and the AC units performed well. We also appreciated the in-unit washing machine and dryer. Staff members are cordial and helpful. It is also a good location (Langford) in terms of travel to other parts of the island. Very convenient. The only issue is the traffic noise as the street that the unit is on is a very busy thoroughfare. Bring your white noise machine...."

"If you have a form of transportation, this spot was excellent. Nice area to relax, close to a resort for access to golf among other things, and not too far from the city of Langford for any amenities you need! Plus some solid diner spots. On top of that, the room itself was very nice, and furnished well for my needs. But I marked my overall stay down a little just because for me, the bed wasn't great. If you like a firmer bed for back sleepers, I'm sure its good, but for a side sleeper like myself, I was a little sore. That being said, I didn't have to interact with the hosts, which is a plus for me this trip, but I left something behind and they were quick to reach out to let me know, and left it somewhere for me to pick up! Overall, especially for the price, a fantastic stay, but unfortunately the bed is a big part of the overall enjoyment."
