"We had a wonderful stay at Kozy Hotel DFW! The hotel is super clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is great. The room is a bit small, but it has just enough space to move around comfortably.
The customer service and room service are truly outstanding. Even at some of the more renowned hotels we've stayed at, we have never received this level of care and attention. During our stay, housekeeping regularly checked on us, emptied our trash, made our bed, and kept our room clean and organized.
After spending a long day out on vacation with our family, it was such a great feeling to come back to a fresh, clean room with the bed made and everything ready for us to relax. Those thoughtful touches made our stay even more enjoyable.
Check-in was quick and easy, and the hotel is very family-friendly. The location is also excellent—just minutes away from parks, Walmart, restaurants, and pretty much anything you might need. Everything is within about a ten-minute drive, which made getting around incredibly convenient. There’s even a restaurant on the premises that offers room service, so you can have food delivered right to your room. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby, giving you lots of variety.
