"It was clean but loud in the hallways. I slept like crap the first night I arrived I had to change hotels, the door slamming in the hallway not sure if it was the back door but a lot of activity and kept me up."

Also there were no ice machines and I'm guessing the bagged ice at the hotel kiosk wasn't free. I couldn't see any decanters with chilled water in the lobby (it was almost 100° outside). These are just small things but surprised me that such a nice hotel wouldn't have these very basic niceties. "

"The advertising says there is a pub onsite; while food is available and tasted fine, there is not anything like “a pub.” Alcohol is displayed in the lobby and food orders placed at the check-in counter; tables set up for free breakfast are also in the lobby. At 10 pm, I was grateful for a hot pub-style meal with beer, but certainly missed the atmosphere of a separate space to relax. It was, however, a creative solution…"

"Very comfortable stay. Quiet, clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast always on point and plenty of food. Hallways a little dingy. Carpet was dated. But upon opening our room door, I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and updated. The come and go parking garage was a HUGE plus!! I hate valet parking!! Especially when you have a busy itinerary.
