"Juan at front desk had me wait although there was no one in line before me. I told him I had checked in online and only needed the digital key pass. He then gave me water park passes (when it was around 30 degrees outdoors), actual keys to room and a map which took an additional 10 minutes to check in. The room was average (tower room) no window. Hair in the tub and sink. The shower had hot water issues and a slow drain. Overall unimpressive stay. I did appreciate the texts from the hotel that I was able to communicate these issues with and aimed to resolve - may have been AI, but whatever the case at the least they were responsive."
