"I recently stayed at this hotel in Dallas and overall had a good experience, but there was one issue that I feel should be addressed.
I specifically booked and paid for a room with a balcony, but when I checked in, the room I was given did not have one. I called the front desk to ask about the discrepancy and was placed on hold for about 20 minutes without ever speaking to anyone. Unfortunately, I had to leave for a concert, so I wasn’t able to follow up further at that time, and I never received any response from the hotel afterward.
Aside from that situation, the hotel itself was very nice. The location was great, and everything else about the stay met my expectations. I just wish the issue with the room type had been handled more attentively.
I would consider staying here again, but I hope they improve communication and ensure guests receive the room they actually book."
