"Kadia's Place was exactly what we needed for a weekend stay in Cedar Rapids. It was clean, easy check-in and out, and excellent communication by our host! It is small, dated, and very basic but perfect for a comfortable place to sleep at night for my husband, our adult son, and myself. It's close enough to walk to Coe College which is why we were in town, and convenient to anywhere in the Cedar Rapids downtown area without actually being downtown. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We really wanted to like this place but the second we walked in, we knew there was going to be issues. There were several spots in the floor that were extremely soft and my 6’5” husband was afraid to walk on them, so he didn’t. There was an ac unit still in the window and it is winter time. That should have been taken out as it provides zero heat and allows more cold to come in. The kitchen was not stocked at all, no knives or can opener or other things you would need for everyday living. They...
