"This cottage is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the cute downtown area of Marion. Host had a small box of chocolates from a local shop that was a nice welcome when I arrived. "The pictures do not do this place justice! This house is beyond amazing. Activities for all ages and plenty of room for a full baseball team and families. The owners were more than accommodating with our baseball schedule as well. This place is a must rent for any ages."

"John was great in communicating to us. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not operating correctly upon arrival and the first night was a little toasty in the house! But the next morning it was repaired and cooled down so we slept comfortably! The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It’s unfortunate that the air conditioning was not working properly for one of the two nights we were there."
