"EXCEPTIONAL stay at the Fairfield Orillia!! This hotel is SPOTLESS - I am a germaphobe - I felt TOTALLY safe here!! I said to Matthew at the checkout desk that there is not one thing they could possibly improve on!! Super lovely staff - shouts out to Matthew and to the lady who checked us in - both were sooooo friendly and made me feel that they valued our business. And to both Melody and Crystal in the Breakfast Room - both super sweet - they work sooooo hard - excellent food choices - spotlessly clean - these two women really start your day with a smile!! Housekeeping is excellent - every single detail in our room was perfection!! We really really appreciated everyone’s obvious efforts - made our stay just sooooo lovely!! This hotel is squeaky clean from lobby to pool to elevators to breakfast room to guest rooms - clear that this Fairfield Inn works as one big EXTREMELY WELL-FUNCTIONING TEAM - and we the guests are the beneficiaries!! "Room was spotlessly clean. Bedding smelled fresh, not likre bleach. Check in was quick. Front desk phoned us to see if everything was ok and did we need anything (we've never had this done before) - this was a very nice touch. Breakfast was fine."

"We love going here. It's very reasonably priced and the staff are lovely. The pool is big and the hot tub and sauna both work. A lovely glass filled pool area makes for a pleasant stay. Thanks to Shelley and staff for taking good care of us. Until next time. Stella x"
