We booked the Lakeside room, which apparently most of the rooms are Lakeside. Bed was not that comfortable. Room not that clean. Breakfast buffet was a letdown. My first bite of scrambled egg had eggshell in it. Coffee was mud. Not accessible with my I don’t disabled husband. We were relieved to leave.
The pictures are very deceiving. The jackson point and surrounding areas are beautiful. The Ramada is a dive! The only good thing about the stay is the ac works well. The rooms are nasty, the property is in despair, the free breakfast is hardly edible. Restaurant is only open certain days if your into even eating there! Says they rent water sports equipment, I asked they said sorry we dont do that at this time. The Ramada clearly rents these rooms at a weekly/ monthly rate, because the property is full of less fortunate people. Drugs being dealt, sketchy activities each way you look, loose animals running about. BEWARE not a place for young children or family's, find other options.

No service and very low quality food. Location is nice
The property its self is great with a family or not. There were water activities all around (unsure if it was free or not) rooms were simple not fancy if you want fancy, then you go to a marriott
The pool in hot tub was efficient enough
The lobby was cozy
The free breakfast was simple
They have a massage/spa for a fee
Over all we will be back especially for an event.
The front counter staff were truly amazing. They were helpful and very kind. The room was very clean and welcoming.
The property owners do not speak very good English.
When using their restaurant facilities we were ignored on many occasions, while they talked to their staff members. We actually had to wave to get their attention numerous times and even when we did get their attention we were still ignored.
The food was expensive and absolutely disgusting. The food they use is from your local grocery store, and not a proper food supplier. An example would be: chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks and fries all come from bags that you find in your local grocery store for $10/12 bucks. The burgers tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned and had a funny taste. While conversating with other vacationers they all said the exact same thing with the food they ordered.
The free breakfast that was included tasted disgusting, looked gross and the the food that was available again from bags of meat. Poor quality and how they cooked it was with very little care. The oil they were using definitely needed to be changed.
The restaurant staff while sitting in the restaurant for breakfastwhich we did not eat, had very important hygiene. I saw staff members touch food with bare hands no gloves and then pick up cleaning cloths with the same hands white stuff remove food and then touch other food and refreshing drinks the juices and coffee that were available. The coffee was absolutely yuck
Our room was clean, and we did see a earwig but that's summer on the ground level so it makes sense. There was a slight musty smell when you entered the room each time.
Absolutely loved the view from our room, looking on to the lake. Check in staff rushed us and sped through the process in a way that made us feel like we were bothering him.
Pool was ice cold, but very clean and they had lovely cushiony chairs set up. It was such a hot day I think we were happy to cool off in the pool, but if this has been a cooler day I don't think we could have managed it.
Breakfast was lovely and so nice and close to the rooms. Overall it was a good experience.
I booked with my family at the Ramada the same day. Luckily they had a room available right by the lake. It was a nice view to wake up to in the morning.
We got a deal with breakfast included. Compared to other hotels that I have been to the breakfast was really good. They had a lot of options to choose from. The restaurant was really nice.
The room itself was outdated. But I can’t complain as the beds were really comfy and they were able to provide us with a playpen.
The staff were nice and very helpful. I didn’t know that I could book a late checkout time and when I asked they were willing to accommodate us.
My only complaint and it’s not really much of a complaint was having a room right by the lake meant a lot of bugs. We were swarmed by mosquitoes and fish flies.
Overall I would recommend The Ramada in Sutton if you are looking for a place to stay right by the lake! They also have THE BEST ice cream spot within walking distance of the hotel. I would highly recommend!
Everything was a 10/10 , BEST service .. if you want a relaxing time and not worry about anything , this is the place . They take care of everything its so clean and their so friendly i would come here again
Great place. Looks a little rough when you drive in, but inside has a great interior, and super helpful staff. The lake view is amazing. And the room is really nice. The hot water takes a minute or two to kick in, but after that, fantastic. I'd definitely come back.
It’s a perfect location to be in to experience the city on foot, or by electric scooter/bike. The parking allowed past check out time is a thoughtful perk to allow more to time to shop and explore the city.

The gym is outdated. Wifi is very poor. Directness was good
As we were only a few guests, our breakfast was made to order, piping hot, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Self serve toast and coffee. Our room seem to have been newly renovated, fresh, clean, with a small coffee pot and a fridge. All in all our stay was very pleasant the view of the lake and added bonus.

Location was great for some peace, and price was reasonable for being waterfront. The room was mediocre at best - we left by 6am because we just couldn't sleep in the bed. The room and property could be beautiful with a little bit of improvement and some updated furniture in the room. We had an ant problem in the washroom, and the tub was covered with rust. Likely wouldn't return unfortunately without there being some improvements 😕.
The hotel was in need of a refresh/renovation. The room was large but dark. There were not enough lamps. Refrigerator was a good size. No microwave. Bathroom was very clean but dated. You entered from the outside like a motel. The door was not very secure. You could see light coming in all around the door. The hotel was located on the lake but had no beach. There was a very large floating deck where you could sit and enjoy the sunset. The included breakfast was adequate, not much variety. The best part of the stay was the staff. We had a few issues that were dealt with promptly, efficiently and with a smile.
