"The property is excellent - fantastic facilities in every respect. We had no issues with the electricity when there (something which some earlier reviews flagged) and everything worked perfectly at all times. Location excellent for exploring Puglia. Unrelated to the property in some ways (and not something which can be helped), the only thing to watch out for is the mosquitos when out in the countryside - being repellant and cover up."

"My husband and I have just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay in Puglia. Francesco was a wonderful host. The home was in a great location; very centralized for visiting all the beautiful sites in Puglia. It is situated in an olive tree grove which lends itself to peace and quiet, yet it is only a few minutes drive from Ceglie, a beautiful hillside town with so much history as well as lots of great restaurants. The home was very clean and super comfortable. It is exactly as it appears in the pictures. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a stay in Puglia."

"We had a fantastic stay at Villa Giulia - so peaceful and idyllic, beautiful countryside setting with the most stunning pool and garden. Plenty of space inside and equipped with everything we could need. Only a short drive from the lovely town of Ceglie Messapica and lots of other beautiful places to explore nearby. Check in/out was super easy, we had a lovely warm welcome and a local contact on hand throughout our stay who was super friendly and helpful :) Overall a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend this property."

"We had a really enjoyable stay in the trullo. The property is traditional, but spacious & well equipped. The swimming pool was perfect in the 30C heat. Ceglie Messapica is just a 5 minute drive away & well worth a visit. The only thing I would suggest to improve would be a larger patio table, & more outdoor chairs. The patio was perfect for al fresco dining."

"La maison est tres agreable et bien placee pour qui souhaite visiter la vallee d itria et a 1h30 de Matera. C est une maison neanmoins isolée et il faut apprecier cet aspect. Elle est tres fonctionnelle pour 4 et la piscine appreciable par fortes chaleurs. Tres bon sejour. Merci"

"It was such a relaxing stay! The villa is really nice, quite, clean and spacious. The location is very strategic if you want to visit the nearby towns, my favourite were Martina Franca and Ostuni. The pool area was, in my opinion, the best feature of the house and that's where we spent the majority of our time, the children loved it! The property manager has been so kind and reliable whenever we needed him. Highly recommended if you want to have a nice holiday with your friends and family in Puglia."
