The apartment of the watering house is an extremely welcoming bright studio with a double bed embellished with beautiful pure linen sheets and a kitchenette where you can prepare and enjoy your meals just as if you were at home. The studio has a private bathroom (shower).

The apartment has a lovely private veranda overlooking the pool, furnished with a nice gazebo where you can relax and surprise your partner with a candlelit dinner.

You can experience the Apulian countryside, which characterize and make unique the views of this wonderful region, with a lovely swimming pool with solarium. The structure has 6 independent apartments each with a private equipped garden. You will experience Puglia with its authenticity but without giving up all the comforts. In each apartment you will have a comfortable kitchen with all the useful accessories, there is also a microwave oven, an espresso coffee machine and a kettle.
