Although we later learned most of our questions were already covered in the guest handbook that we overlooked. "Great location and very walkable to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach. There is not a lot of soundproofing so be prepared to hear everything your neighbors are doing, which during my 2 week stay was not bad as in I wouldn’t stay here again. The property manager was very responsive and the apartment was as the pictures showed. "
