"For context we're a group of well traveled women in our 40s who booked a moms getaway trip. The property seemed promising- while priced on the higher end the neighborhood (Condado) and what seemed like an upscale stay led us to book here.
The host refused to communicate through the VRBO app (huge red flag) and only messaged through WhatsApp. When we arrived I messaged for check-in information to which they responded they needed my license (not stated in VRBO contract) and if I didn't send it...

"All good things to say about this place. I traveled with my family including my older parents and we were all comfortable. Our host was very responsive and helpful. There weren't a lot of kitchen tools and we struggled with the internet connectivity but other than that, the place was perfect. "
