"Quarto horrível, portas defeituosas, colchão com furo, travesseiro encardido. Pra piorar ao lado havia música alta a noite toda. Café da manhã frio. Internet não funcionava e tv também não."

"Hotel is great but I think it would be good for business if they could have someone speak English, and room 109 the A/C is not cold I had to hope the windows to have a better night sleep, I told them twice about it , they go check but didn’t do nothing about it."

"Perfect for a one night stay after arriving late at BSB. We arrived at 2am and was given our keys very quickly. Unfortunately, we missed breakfast, but that was included in our stay. The hallway is super loud in the morning, people talking and cleaning happening so be mindful if you need a quiet place. The overhead light did not completely turn off."
