"Great stay"

"Hotel was great. Staff was excellent and room was awesome. Amenities and the restaurant were incredible. The biggest downside to this is location. It's on an access road alongside the highway and was kind of loud with the traffic going by throughout the day and night. Hotel is gorgeous tho and the staff were awesome. Would come back, just was in an area and street I was not expecting. It is about a 5 min walk to the beach over the pedestrian bridge over the highway. "

"Staff was amazing! Could not get better service anywhere!! Efficient, courteous, and helpful. Facilities, however did not live to the expectations for the price of the hotel. Room: headboard USBs didn't work, bathroom mirror light either flickered or didn't turn on at all. AC was incredibly noisy. Restaurants had ok/good international food... But nothing compared to food anywhere else in San Juan."

"Great location, short walk to the restaurants. Property can use an update. But still spacious rooms and excellent ambiance."

"The property was beautiful, rooms were gorgeous, and staff was friendly and helpful. The only detractions were the extremely slow elevator from the self parking structure to the lobby, as well as noise issues between rooms. We had a room with a connecting door to another room, and while this door was closed and locked, we could hear the family in the adjoining room clearly at most times, even when they were speaking at a normal volume. Not ideal for couples seeking some privacy."
