We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views are stunning, the breakfast and cappuccinos were excellent and the staff is the kindest most accommodating we have had to date. We will return.

I booked a suite at this hotel and when I arrived they told me that the jacuzzi in the bathroom was not working so they would put me in a regular room. I said the jacuzzi didn’t matter as I booked the suite for the extra space and balcony. They said they couldn’t accommodate as there is no shower in the suite- only the jacuzzi bath. The lady at the front desk told me the room they were putting me in was more expensive than the suite- this was a lie. After getting Expedia involved they repaired the jacuzzi and moved me to the suite. The jacuzzi was making strange noises and had a weird smell. The aircon in the room also didn’t work, after 2 hours with the ac on the temperature didn’t go down a single degree. It was unbearably hot so I decided to check out and go elsewhere: the hotel refused to give any type of refund or compensation. Very disappointed

The only reason why I booked the hotel was that it was advertised as having A/C. Sure enough, upon arrival I was told that the room had no air conditioning (as well as the entire hotel). Staff did not speak any English. Disappointed

Bello e silenzioso, camera pulita. Colazione scarsa, senza piatti caldi al piccolo buffet (dolce e salato, es. No Pancake, no bacon & eggs, etc...) e senza succhi di frutta.
