"We were a little confused about the number of bedrooms, listing details said two bedrooms. There was only the one seperate bedroom with a double bed and a travel cot. The Sofa bed was in the lounge area. It was not a problem for us but could be if you really need two seperate bedrooms. It was lovely and clean throughout and the front terrace was a lovely sunny spot all day! Our host, Fred was lovely, very discreet but available if we needed anything."

"Nous avons occupé le logement à 4 (2 adultes 2 grands ados) en pleine canicule. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, avec une clim (très très utile) uniquement dans le salon (dommage pour la partie chambre parentale / douche) - un ventilateur ne serait pas de trop en période de forte chaleur. "The breakfast was ok. However, not having air conditioning was rough during this heatwave. The property itself is very pretty and would come back just not during the warmer months. "

"Great location for exploring the beautiful historic city of Perigeaux located within easy walking distance of the center with free parking just around the corner. Clean, comfortable with very nice bar/restaurant and terrace. Breakfast buffet was very good but evening meal was poor. With the exception of one stroppy young waitress who seemed to resent that we were not fluent in French, all of the staff were excellent and very helpful. No hesitation to recommend."

"The setting is beautiful and unique. The accomodations were very nice. Our room in particular was quaint and reflective of the natural surroundings. We did have an issue with our shower but the staff were very helpful and apologetic. We ate at the onsite restaurant. The food was (maybe not Michelin Star worthy but) very good and the service was excellent. All in I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable and interesting stop in their travels."

"This is a new hotel on the edge of a light industrial zone. The property is immaculate and the staff very friendly and helpful. There is good car parking immediately outside and the room was comfortable with a useful kettle and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was good and served in the unique restaurant which offers an unforgettable experience for evening diners both in respect of the quality of the fine dining food and the ambience of the surroundings which are both surprising and special."
