"The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....

"We booked this property in early March 2023 for 5 days. We were coming from the USA for the first time to visit Italy. When we arrived we messaged the owner to find out what we had to do to check in. On the night before we were to arrive we received a response saying they overbooked and we would receive a full refund. WE WERE TOTALLY SHOCKED!!!! We had no place to go!!!!
