"I had the most amazing stay here while in Bali. Staff were very accommodating and extremely friendly. The area is very quiet and relaxing like you’re on your own island. It was in the perfect place as I was able to visit multiple cities. I would recommend staying here for the peace and quiet and luxury without breaking the bank."

"If you are travelling and want an airport hotel this is okay it’s incredibly busy takes a long time for room Service to come the lifts were broken - for a big hotel out of four lifts there was only two. I had to walk up the stairs quite a bit and I was on the 10th floor when the staff did reach out they were very good and flexible and accommodating to help you -"
