"Exactly as advertised. Good location with easy drive to downtown, Broncos Stadium, etc. Neighborhood a little run down. It’s one of those in transition. Park nearby was perfect for walking the Dogs. Small homeless encampment at park was not an issue. Property is well maintained. Jason was very responsive. Was easy to get an Uber to and from property if you don’t want to drive through downtown. Diner nearby on the corner of Colfax had fantastic breakfast options. Overall a perfect choice for us...

"Spent just short of a week here with the kids, looking at colleges and exploring Denver/Boulder area. The proximity of this place is ideal for seeing everything. Easy access to major thoroughfares, nearby Dutch Bros, Little Man Ice Cream, and In-and-Out (kids' favorites). The unit was incredibly clean and stocked with the necessities in case we didn't bring them. A couple hiccups during our stay, but the owners were very responsive. Would recommend as long as you do not have any mobility issues since there are stairs to access as noted in the photos."
