"Parking was easy. It was nice to know we would always have a spot and didn't have to hunt. At first I was a little off put as we didn't know we would have$30 a day self park, but in Vancouver, and this location it just is what it is. Staff was wonderful at all points. Helpful, smiley, engaging and delightful. Our room.... The space was great and the view was phenomenal. If you were iffy about cleanliness, you'd be upset. We just had to turn a blind eye a bit... A few missed spots, crumbs, dust and dirt. We were there on spring break, and in sure the cleaners were stretched for time.. I assume. The building is a little bit older... But to be expected. Definitely some wear and updating needed in the bathroom and windows. The walls are thin. If you're a light sleeper. .. We were ok. But honestly delightful to look out at the water, to be in a space so close to everything and on top of the market was amazing. "

"The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The whole apartment was extremely clean and excellent instructions on how to use everything. The hosts were in communication the whole time and I would recommend this to anybody looking for a North Vancouver stay. "

"My stay was lovely! The property was indeed very charming and the hosts were exceptionally accommodating. The area simply could not be better. Safe and friendly neighborhood nearby to dozens of excellent food options, a short drive downtown, and plenty of beautiful hiking trails."

"It felt a bit claustrophobic that windows looked into boat garage & not a view of water, city or mountains like pictures of property implied. Without a good view & rocking of the house it was "dizzying" feeling. You have to walk outside & around the dock before you get a view of anything. I think for the money it could be a bit over-priced. Maybe I didn't see fine print but had to pay 20 a day for parking which was surprising on the high cost of the lodging, especially being in the off season. Not a problem per say, because I had help with my family, but it's quite the walk from parking lot to the home & if bringing in groceries, bags etc it was unexpected. Very nice though that it's so close to seabus & quay market etc. Very clean. Very nice hosts. "
