"It was only for a week but living there was a pleasure. Nearby towns had lots of interesting places to visit and good restaurants. The house itself was well fitted especially the kitchen which suited self catering groups as there are no restaurants within walking distance for those who like to drink with their evening meal. We all enjoyed our stay."

"From the moment of our arrival to when we left the Villa, Miriam was so friendly, helpful and informative about the many amazing places near us. We had the perfect mix of busy days exploring Orvieto, Cetona, Montipulciano, Lago Trasimeno etc. etc. and some lazy days by the pool. As we had some keen cooks, we enjoyed very much the local markets shopping for food and cooking it in Miriam’s great kitchen. Im nachhinein haben wir die Reinigungskosten versteckt im Kleingedruckten gefunden. Und auch vor Ort bezahlt.
