"Check out was at 11 AM is the gentleman that walked into the room at 1101 11 09- 1110 1115 I explained to him that I was packing to leave. He did not speak English and left the room after he left my room system with building Potential fire you cannot use the elevator and I escape so I waited until the alarm system was over at 11:30 and it went off again. This is a terrible experience. "
