"Events were as follows: 9/12 (Day before trip) - Phone call from RPG - was informed that my reservation was changing to the S 15th Street location due to the toilet malfunctioning at the 728 Market Street location. I had no problem with this as it was closer to the convention center. 9/13 - I land in Philadelphia approx. 7PM. Arrive at 15th Street location at 8PM. Codes supplied by RPG do not work on the door.
