"Loews is a good hotel, but expensive. If I wasn’t on a work trip, I wouldn’t feel good about paying this much especially since they don’t offer anything more than your average hotel. Also, this one is in Philly, so…."

"The staff in the hotel very friendly. We had a double queen for a family of four. House keeping very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed breakfast options. We were not made aware the pool was not operable, the room could use a little more dusting in crevices of furniture. Suggest updating to leather instead of cloth furnishings. Parking horrible. The attendants were rude, limited english, we were given a card key to get out the gate that never worked, requiring assistance from garage...

"I like that there was subway around the corner for easy travel to the arenas. There was a walkable market place near and they had alot of food options, it just closes by 5 or 6. At least for me the water did not do great with my hair , i had a hard time washing my hair ."

"This place is great! I enjoyed my stay there I would give it 5 starts but one night around 11 pm the fire alarm went on 3 times and people started to evacuate and each time we were told it was a false alarm. Although this was unintentional, it was disturbing experience specially at a time that late as it was not just one, but 3 times over a span of an hour. "

"the hotel is well located, in the heart of the city, however the breakfast is the same every day, so if you stay more than 3 days is boring ...so you might need to find a different restaurant for breakfast"

"Events were as follows: 9/12 (Day before trip) - Phone call from RPG - was informed that my reservation was changing to the S 15th Street location due to the toilet malfunctioning at the 728 Market Street location. I had no problem with this as it was closer to the convention center. 9/13 - I land in Philadelphia approx. 7PM. Arrive at 15th Street location at 8PM. Codes supplied by RPG do not work on the door. Tried texting and calling multiple numbers available on the website, and the folks...
