"Quality hotel expectations within unique boutique digs— I wish I’d discovered this foggy bottom gem sooner during my regular K!center trips over the years. Great spot, awesome staff, quiet and classic neighborhood. I always appreciate a place with historic personality and tasteful updates, it’s difficult to find them anymore even in DC. The room brochure alluded to new Marriott branding end of March, so hopefully they retain the integrity of the place, even against the menacing competition of the other Marriott across the street, etc. etc. Highly recommend, will return!"

"This was a beautiful property, extremely clean, with very friendly staff. We wished the room or the hotel itself had a hot tub to warm up in. The room had a shower."

"The location is unbeatable, near restaurants and right by the metro stop. We had the king room on a high floor which was nice and spacious, however the hvac system in the room is super loud! When it goes on it sounds like an engine is running in the room, even with earplugs we could hear it and it disrupted our sleep. Also, the bathroom sink faucet was loose and wobbly, every time you turned it on it felt like it was going to fall out. In addition, the shower water pressure is barely more than a trickle, but the water was hot. If you want an amazing location this is the place, but the hotel def needs some TLC. "

"The signage to find the parking lot is terrible… I arrived late at night. No one was at the front desk lobby… Walked around the lobby for about 15 minutes before somebody finally came to the lobby. "
