"Communication was excellent, the place was very clean, lots of dishes, forks, spoons, well everything was nice. A couple of maintenance issues but they were explained and didn't inconvenience me at all. Two things, if you are arriving at night, the building numbers are on the far-left end of the building, white with red background and blending into the second-floor balcony railing. "Beautiful property with everything a family with young kids needs. Especially love the hottub and air hockey table!"

"We arrives a few minutes before our 3pm ck in, the door does not unlock until exactly ck in time. The place was cozy and warm, all the rooms were clean. The only downfall would be if you want privacy it’s not going to happen. The 2nd and 3rd floor are loft style. Rental is better for the winter "

"Arrived at 5pm check in (latest known check in ever) and the code given did not work. Had asked for a 3pm check in and was declined. Mosquitoes carried us away as we waited for check in correction. Was given “emergency check in” code and used that during stay. Smelled something as we sat on couch and saw huge hairball and other yuck on floor next to couch. Messaged property manager who said they must have forgotten to vacuum there. Couches smelled like gym locker rooms. Pillows on beds smelled...
