"My biggest issue is VALUE. When weekend rooms start at $300+, guests should be rewarded for ALL the money they spend not just gambling. Hotel rooms, food and drinks should somehow connect to the rewards program. If they’re separate entities, figure it out behind the scenes that shouldn’t be the guest’s problem.
At this price point, the little things matter too. Our shower had hand soap instead of body wash. Is that a huge deal? No but $300+ a night isn’t a small price either. Premium prices should come with a premium experience.
That said, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and casino are very nice, and every staff member we encountered was great. We took food from the Soda Shoppe back to our room and it was very good. Queen Beans had good coffee and a delicious apple pecan muffin.
Overall, it’s a nice property with great people. Tighten up the amenities and find a way to reward guests for ALL the money they spend on property, and you’d have something that feels much more worth the price."
"Good value for a quick overnight stay. Clean and well-maintained. I was not able to carry my bag up a flight of stairs to second floor room (no elevator) and asked to change room to first floor. I was told that was not possible because I had booked online (which made no sense). But the young man at the desk carried my bag upstairs so it worked out."

10/10 Excellent
"Staff was great and big salute to the people keeping up with the absolutely awesome breakfast. With the busses and surge of people they worked hard to keep fresh and delicious food out there. The room my pregnant wife and I had and my sister's had were very nice and modern. Place was going through some renovations and is looking great! Very clean and kept up well, thanks for the comfortable stay!"
