The check-in clerk was friendly and helpful (we even checked in close to midnight); the bed was very comfortable; the shower had great pressure and hot water; plenty of room/space to layout our things and get dressed; excellent lighting for the wife to do hair and makeup; the heat/ac was perfect temp with minimal noise; and the parking was easy and spacious.

I booked this because the website said 9 out of 10. There's no way. We booked a king room, got a single queen. The carpet was dirty. The tub had several spots where the finish had worn off. The breakfast was decent and the receptionist was lovely.
