Multiple problems making it very stressful.
No English was spoken by the hotel and hotels.com didn’t get an interpreter when the reservations were made, so there were multiple issues and problems. In fact the payment wasn’t received by the hotel and because they didn’t understand the messages sent, they gave our room away during the busiest week of the entire year. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and it was a disaster.

Diciamo prima le cose positive: posto stupendo e colazione sul terrazzo molto ben fatta. Dispiace, ma tutto il resto è molto ma molto negativo. Partendo dalla struttura molto vecchia e malandata camere con arredi anni 80 ma sopratutto puzza di fogna oltre ogni decenza. Hanno un problema strutturale alle fogne che sono proprio sotto l'albergo. Aggiungo alla fine che mi hanno mandato un preventivo di 280 €\g (forse con vista mare) ed io ho trovato la stessa soluzione a 208 su expedia. Furbetti, sopratutto quando dicono che tutti i problemi che ha l'albergo non dipendono da loro perche sono solo dei gestori,mentre, in paese mi hanno detto che sono loro i proprietari.
