"The hotel is lovely and staff super friendly, but the reason i booked it is it offered a beach bus shuttle service, turn out to be only twice a day. They should’ve mentioned it. The second reason is i thought it is in the heart of City Walk, that it is a walking distance. Although city walk is behind the hotel, you still need a car to get there, especially with Dubai’s weather, you can’t walk to it even if it is close. But if you are coming to Dubai for shopping this hotel is perfect because their bus shuttle to Dubai Mall is around the clock"

"Highly recommended hotel assuming you getca good price. We got a package including lounge access which we loved. Our room was modernised and fresh. The only downside I found was the state of the pool cushion pads. Well past their best."

"We stayed here for 9 nights. Really family friendly hotel, private beach was amazing. The staff went above and beyond for our little boy who has allergies. The hotel is very clean and there is so much to do with kids here. More choice of food would make it even better!"

Options were very limited if you didn’t eat what was provided, it is geared towards the culture of the surroundings, I wish in the future that they will include more varieties and not just particularly for ethnicities but also for westernized pallets."
