Hotel was perfect seaside resort. Featuring a nice private beach, large pools, spa, etc., everything needed for a special getaway weekend. Our of the 100's of hotels I have stayed at, this ranks #1 for the level of genuine service provided, from check-in, concierge, beach staff, restaurants (several), everyone is attentive and always making sure everything is perfect. There isn't anything within walking distance of the hotel, but why leave paradise?

My short stay was faultless, everything about the hotel was excellent, even though it was during Ramadan. Minor glitch, Crossroads bar had run out of Kirin draught beer, which I had drunk the first two nights, but they had other options, went for an Italian beer, which was very nice, and gave me the first one on the house. This is a great hotel, which is only a 15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall. Everything about my room was great; very comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of storage, and a large shower. The staff are excellent and willing to answer any question. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Dubai.

The check-in was smooth and the receptionist Vince helped me with tips for the area and money changing options. Great help.

Such amazing hotel, with totally different experience and atmosphere. You will find a nice unique decorating touches every corner in the this hotel. Local culture environment, clean, quite, i would definitely stay again and again. Special thanks to (Anne) & (George) at the (Daily) resturant ground floor, they treated me so special and made feel delightful 😊. Although the hotel is 3 stars but its way better than many 5 stars hotels.

5 star from top to bottom! Very kind staff… I forgot my phone in a taxi, and the staff got in touch with the taxi driver and had my phone returned. Amazing service, I highly recommend staying here if you go to Dubai.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights only. Had some issues during check-in (they initially put me in a simpler room on the 6th floor. I complained and they moved me to a room similar to the one I saw in the pictures when I booked). Other than that, everything was great.
